"Rethinkable instead of unthinkable" is the title of the current AIZ of the IVD | The Real Estate Entrepreneurs.
In Carolin Hegenbarth 's foreword it says: "The current changes in the real estate industry would have seemed unthinkable to us in December last year." Indeed! This raises the question for me: are flex providers the landlords of tomorrow? Unthinkable or is the role of the landlord now simply "rethinkable"?
